Ultra Band-Lok is a single-paste, light-activated band cement from Reliance Orthodontics. This is the Blue, fluoride version: a resin-base glass ionomer with high fluoride release that bonds chemically to stainless steel bands. At removal, the band comes off in one piece with the cement still in the appliance, so cleanup is quick.

It is also an all-purpose cement. Use it to bond large acrylic appliances or as an occlusal build-up material.
